About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Calcoolate.io, run by CIOBO bv, Heirweg 1A, 9840 De Pinte, Belgium, enterprise number BE1031.311.918. You accept them when you register.

Access

Access is on request. After you register and confirm your email address, we review your account and approve it by hand. We may refuse an account without giving a reason.

We can suspend or revoke access, for example when an account is misused or these terms are broken. We can also change, pause or stop parts of the app.

Your account

Give correct details when you register, and keep them up to date.

An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at viktor@ciobo.be if you think someone else has used it.

Calculation results

The diameters, pressure drops, refrigerant states and other results the app calculates are aids for your work. They depend on the inputs you enter and on calculation models and property data that have their own limits.

You stay responsible for the engineering design of every installation: for checking the results, for the choices you make with them, and for meeting the standards and regulations that apply.

No warranty

We provide the app as it is. We don't guarantee that it is free of errors, that it will always be available or that it suits a particular purpose.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost data, or costs that come from a design based on the app's results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

These limits don't apply to damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.

Acceptable use

Don't share your account, try to reach data that isn't yours, overload the app, collect its content automatically or copy, decompile or resell it.

Intellectual property

The app, its code, its design and its texts belong to CIOBO bv. You may use them only to work in the app.

The data you enter stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the app to you.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When a change matters, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in, and you can only keep using the app once you have.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the courts of the district where CIOBO bv has its registered office.
